Before registering as a vendor, please thoroughly read the entire website. All tables and outdoor vending spaces are pre-assigned.
We require all vendors to notify us with a completed registration form to inform us of your specific needs. The deadline for the completed registration form including payment is April 15, 2023.
Outside spaces: $75 for each space
Inside 8" tables: $85 each
Show cancellation policy

cancel on or before January 1st - full refund

cancel on or before March 1st - 50% refund

cancel after March 1st - no refund
For safety, outside vendor lot is locked daily at 6:30pm and is unlocked daily at 8am.
Show Hours

Wednesday through Friday - 9am until 5pm, rain or shine

Saturday - 9am to 3pm

Vendor Auction is Saturday at 10am. Great deals to be had!

Show ends with the conclusion of the Vendor Auction
Show Rules

Set-up begins on Wednesday at 9am for inside vendors in the Conference Center. Set-up for outside vendors will be allowed on Tuesday, provided there is no hotel event conflict. Otherwise, set-up is Wednesday beginning at 8am

All trailers and large trucks must be parked in designated areas in the lower vendor lot during show. They are not permitted in the hotel guest parking areas. All show guests are allotted one parking space for their personal vehicle in the INN PARKING LOT. Please comply!
